This year we decided to have a Christmas party, outside. Since we are still living in the grey house space is limited so we took our party to the outdoors. We decided to watch Polar Express outside on the projector. We spent a lot of time getting things ready and it turned out to be really fun! We collected glass jars {mainly from mom, thanks mom!} and put tea lights in them. It looked really cool. The Bush family came out early to help set up and thanks goodness Laura had a copy of Polar Express that didn't skip or we would've been up a creek! All in all, I think it was a success and we should do it again next year! Maybe by then we will be in a house! One can only hope:)
Tom, you are the best! Thanks for working so hard to make a fun memory. He basically did everything. Even chopped a TON of wood the day before on his lunch break. And nothing would ever really go smoothly without dads help. He does things you don't think to do like, wash out the coolers and get ice for the water. Who thinks of that!? Not me. Thanks, dad.
